This person was an eagle in Jamaa Township. Saying if you send me full phantom armor you get a headdress. He shortly stopped and said trade me a bow. Maybe he thought he should stop scamming so he did or maybe he got something and went to his den, then went back to Jamaa Township. Who knows.
